Anihan (Tagalog for harvest) celebrates the launch of the Melissa Clemente Designs Fall Winter 2007 line. Her jewelry uses extraordinary applications, giving each piece a distinct feel that
rises above traditional accessory considerations.

Anihan is an interpretation of Filipino Folk dance costuming. These have been inspired by traditional art forms from the mountain regions of the Philippines. It is a meditation on festive dance, hunting rituals, harvest ceremonies and community.

To experience Anihan, live through the magic and highly-charged spiritual energy created in this festival. This celebration also the brings together selected artists, families, friends, those who inspire and those who believe.

Saturday: Traffic, presented by GEM Events will deliver the late-night club vibe with style and substance. Expect hard hitting house, techno and trance from some of the hottest names in town.
Finally, on Sunday Transform lands at CiRCA featuring DJs Victor Calderone & Mark Farina. This is a special long weekend presentation.

*The key to an amazing Fake Prom ensemble is creativity: dress up in something you wouldn't ordinarily wear.

*Suggestions for appropriate theme-based costumes include: wizard/sorceress robes and accessories, pointy princess hats, capes of any kind, suits of armour, or anything you'd find in a Dungeons & Dragons instruction booklet.

*Dress up in the theme of a high school prom or high school stereotypes.

*Suggestions for a high school theme: jocks, lunch lady, guidance councilor, gym teacher, nerd, kid in a school club, cheerleader.
