Who Knew? Alberta Fashion Week
Alberta Fashion Week (AFW) is bringing the world of fashion to the prairies, March 20-27, 2010 at the Banke on historic Steven Avenue in downtown Calgary.
Now in its second season, Alberta Fashion Week (AFW) takes place for 8 days and will feature over 30 talented designers showcasing their fall/winter 2010 collections on the runway.
“Alberta’s fashion isn’t all spurs and hard hats”, says Director and co-founder David Robert Politi, “We’re showing a menagerie of talent – expect to see designers in many stages in their careers.”

AFW partners with Fashion Has No Borders (FHNB) Fashion & Accessory Exposé, taking place on Saturday, March 20th at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park, hosted by Fashion Television’s iconic Jeannie Beker
AFW partners with Calgary’s top stylists, Kim Flanagan & Karen Judge, to present The Style Finders monthly shopping parties throughout the year.
